Leadership Development Group

Better leadership is
a practice, not a destination.

An ongoing monthly experience for anyone who leads, whatever their job title, who wants to become more self-aware, courageous, and effective. No fixed commitment, no beginning to catch.

Lead as you are. Grow as you go.

Each month, LDG explores a practical leadership topic drawn from respected thinkers such as Michael Singer, Simon Sinek, Brené Brown, Charles Duhigg, Amy Edmondson, Gary Vaynerchuk, and others. Together, the group turns those ideas into meaningful conversations, practical tools, and actions you can apply immediately.

Topics build on each other, but every topic also stands on its own, so there’s no beginning to catch and no falling behind. This is not a lecture. There are no PowerPoints and no lengthy workbook, just facilitated conversation, practical exercises, and a focused one-page worksheet you can use after the meeting.
