BeGREAT! Collective was built from the inside of the automotive industry — not looking at it from the outside. Our founder Dori Eppstein spent years as COO of a multi-shop organization and knows exactly what it means to lead under pressure, hold a team accountable, and build something worth being proud of.

We work exclusively with independent automotive repair shops because specificity matters. When every framework, scenario, and example is built for the world your clients live in, the learning lands differently. There is no translating generic content — we do that work for you.
