Dori Eppstein brings over 25 years of leadership, business strategy, and team development experience to every program she leads. As a former COO of a multi-shop automotive organization and a leadership coach with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, she bridges the gap between operational excellence and human leadership in a way few consultants can.

Her approach isn’t theoretical. Dori has sat in the seats of shop ownership and executive leadership — she understands the pressure of payroll, the frustration of team turnover, the loneliness of being the person everyone expects to have all the answers.
